Deb Carney/CDHD said new restaurant called "Sqeekers" moving in, installed dipping well for ice cream and put up sign. No application for occupancy, sign, or plubing for dipper well applied for. A coorection notice was posted stating to submit a set of plansnfor all required approvals, to obtain a building permit permit and any other permits required and to get all required inspections to obtain a certficate of occuppancy. Tenant space was locked up and no occupants appeared to be in space. Noted that their is an existing type 1 hood in space and does appear that some interior remodel work was done.
