possible illegal conversion from single dwelling to duplex,, status,, owner called and said he bought the property last July,, boight it as a duplex.. has done some flooring,, paint etc., sounds like they are on a well and septic system,, they tried to get seperate trash bills and this caused concern as a possible illeagal duplex,, sounds like it was annexed this way?
