Equipment supplied with electrical energy shall be listed and labeled. After inspection noted that all parts of cooler with electrical energy supplied are listed. Components( as in cooler panels) with no electrical energy are not. As AHJ, I approve this assembly as being safe for operation as per NEC 110.2 and 110.3A
