Excessive cracking, settlement was observed both inside and outside the structure. The developer and Strata engineering were performing soil testing/observation on the east side of the street. United Water has temporaryilly shut down two existing fire hydants on the street (Romeo was notified). Original builder will be hiring a professional engineer to evaluate the single family dwelling. Occupants of dwelling are currently residing in McCall for the week and dwelling is not occupied.
