Project is not ready for final as several defficiencies were noted on the first floor including overspaced heads, blocked and obstructed heads, missing escutcheons, painted heads, wet head in a cooler maintainig a temp of 35 deg, missing heads, missing ceilings, missing "911 sign", etc. Need sprinkler alarm supervision test and forward flow prior to final. Remainder of the full building sprinkler final walkthrough and test postponed until necessary corrections are made and contractor is ready for final.

OH inspection for the shell system floors 1-4 only, noted some items in need of correction including overspaced heads, seismic bracing, heads blocked by beams, incorrect size hangers, and field modifications to be shown on as-builts, all items noted on approved plan set. Also noted TI wall modifications are currently underway on floors 1 and 2.
