as per water purveyor requirment,s , cross connection control manual 6th edition, and upc 2003. the potable water system need,s to be protected. need to install additional backfloe devices on on the following equipment. need R.P. installed prior to filter,s on R.O. system. need R.P. on maxie wash system. need D.C. on steamer ,need D.C. on tea brewer, need D.C. on juice machine, need R.P. on coffee and espresso machine, need R.P. on soda machine, needto protect trash area yard hydrant with an R.P. need to install vacuum breaker,s on all hose bib connection. need to install seperate water supply to soap dispencer by mop sink. need to install a thermol expansion tank on water heater. left correction notice with store manger on site. need to be completed prior to final inspection
