2 SFHs with seperate permits in progress on Bent Bow with Eerie Canyon #7. Drop inlets have inlet protection. Hillsides that were seeded last year are stabilized and no hillside erosion is occuring.

Construction complete and home is ready to be occupied. Site is not yet vegetated/landscaped as mentioned previously and is on a hillside. A bond for hillside stabilization and drainage has been issued.

Will keep ESC permit open till stabilization accomplished. Currently the rooftop storm drain outlet will discharge to bare ground on the hillside so could cause rill erosion if not landscaped soon. No sediment leaving site currently.

Frazier Place sub is fully developed with about 4-5 open parcels remaining. Storm drains have inlet protection on Preece and end of Frazier, materials and supplies are kept in storage container. Trash is contained, no trackout or sediment entering roadway and gutters. 2 SFHs in progress at this time. No corrections needed.

Broadway retail site has has had the 7 SFHs demolished and materials removed from site. The disturbed areas have been hydroseeded and permit/SWPPP box are still onsite. There is a stockpile stabilized at north end of site. Wattle is also installed along the north property border. Entire block fenced in and K2 sign up.

New Popeye's is proposed in this spot and will need to submit ESC plan amendments to show new BMPs required if wanting to work under this permit.

No issues at sitw -will keep open until new phases begin.

Cancer Pavillion project is in progress. No construction occuring at time of inspection. Cement pad has been poured next to the pond. Wattles and construction fencing protect the area and the edge of pond rock structures are undisturbed. Water level is currently below building area and sandbags are in place.

Permit is posted. No violations observed.
