After receiving a compliant, C. Smith was dispatched mid-morning. Release of sediment was observed on downhill area. Lot is still bare ground with no front perimeter controls. Requested that sediment barrier be installed on all areas where sediment runoff could be a probability. Time line for barriers was given by the end of today due to the forecasted rain for overnight and Wednesday. Owner informed both the ESC inspector and manager that barriers would not be in place until Wednesday 3/25. I informed owner and permit's RP (Greg) that citations could be in order if due to conditions overnight that excessive sediment had been released beyond the property line/s. Building permit is finaled but due to lack of site stabilization the erosion control permit remains active. Will follow up on Wednesday.
