BLD09-00945 FIRE-Final Inspection3/23/20103/24/20103/24/2010 2:22:50 PMAFAIL
Todays inspection was for life safety in phase 8. All of the exit signs and emergency lights functioned correctly, door hardware appeared adequate and fire extinguishers had been installed. The problem is there are substantial floor plan changes that do not match the city approved plans. I spoke to Jim Sly, Carl Westfall and Scott Arellano and it is agreed that resubmittals/plan modifications and the related inspection are required prior to occupancy of phase 8.

The tenting issues at the nurses station area have not been addressed. I spoke to Herb about what is needed to get a cover approval in this area.
