Shall up size service to house panel, fuse down feeders to appartments due to SER cable sub feeds, raise riser over flat roof, relocate house panel in laundry room panel to provide work space, did permit search no other recent permits exist. Noticed dated Dec 2013 NM cable ran outdoors under walkway roof to carport. Contractor to inform building management all needs replaced with listed materials for locations.
