Project near completion. Warehouse frame is complete and parking lot and stormwater infrastructure installed. Work is ongoing on interior as well as final site cleanup activities.

No trackout to Executive, no runoff or nonstormwater discharges observed. Trash is contained and no litter or materials blowing around site.

Will need to remove stockpile to east of parking lot next to job trailor and stabilize the disturbed area on the lot before be able to final the ESC permit.

Permit posted on gate to old settling pond. Site will use existing construction entrance for Terraces laydown yard.

Will excavate top levels of biosolids in north settling pond to dry out in rows in the south pond. Site has existing earthen berm (abandoned wastewater settling ponds) surrounding entire site creating a sediment barrier. No material will leave site at this time. Once dry, materials will be hauled to dump.

Main BMP will be dust control when disturbing topsoil. Approved. Operation to begin next week.
