NOV follow up compliance inspection

Most corrections requested have been completed:

- storm drain sediment bags on south side of Gabrielle have been cleaned
- Entrance to phase has been swep and gravel placed for stabilized entrance
- Piles of trash have been picked up and consolidated
- ESC permit sign posted


Work is scheduled to resume next week. At that time remaining corrections will be complete:

- provide trash box or dumpster as soon as workers arrive for grading and excavation duties
- finish picking up all loose trash and litter within site and stuck in vegetation around perimeter.

No escalation of enforcement necessary, will follow up on site at end of next week to check on trash and housekeeping at site.

Notified site RP and operator of dumped washout violation.

Corrective actions needed:

- clean up and dispose of dumped washout
- provide new leakproof washout containment or use phase 1-2 washout
- maintain washout, prevent trackout for washout access.
- pay concrete washout violation fine
- designate stockpile storage areas that are not the sidewalk or gutter
- prevent unecessary access/disturbance of graded lots
- post ESC permit signs for project

Schedule reinspection with ESC inspector when site is in compliance.
