Permit cannot be finaled at this time due to missing ceiling tiles at several locations including the relocated head spaces. Noted work is underway and ceilings will be completed by the end of day per general contractor. Can verify completion and final permit in conjunction with the building life safety inspection as discussed.

Prior to inspection the NFPA 72 "Inspection and testing" form Fig. 10.6.2.3 must be completed including a copy of the supervising station signals report- see fire code review notes #8, audible notification at the existing tenant URS is not temporal as required, provide key for elevator reset at the next inspection. Manual pull, SD at the panel, sprinkler monitoring, FACP phone lines, batteries, AC loss, and the duct detector tested okay, notification device locations for the first and second floors appear satisfactory. Elevator controls not tested at this tme.
