Tracking is not cleaned up to meet our standards. Also one of the dams have been removed so a flow of heavy sedimintated water is discharging from the construction area where there is disturbed soil. Could not get ahold of the RP but got ahold of John Porter the water master for this Area. Will re-inspect on Monday the 31st.

No container for trash debris. Also heavy sediment in the gutter pan and street area. Informed the RP that if a concrete pour is coming up to have a concrete washout pit or a container for them to washout in. Will re-inspect on Monday.

Left message with RP. Took down a prt of the silt fence to to compacting of pit run. But due to the slope and the weather conditions told him he would need some type of sediment protection. Also to clean up sediment off of entrance to the storage facility to the north of project.

Discussed with RP over track out onto Eldorado st. Gave him till the end of the day to get tracking cleaned up. Also to re-install construction entrance to the CGP standards. Prior to leaving they had a street sweeper com through. Recommended perimeter access control on project to eliminate track out of project.
