Roof fastening - Paul Phone #: ###-####. Lower roof nailing and diaphragm ok. Need RFI from engineer on HHDQ-S2.5 holdowns. Noted 21 inches of all thread rod before holdown device connection. Simson specs allow for 8" above surface with no reduction as long as bolt elongation has been accounted for. Enginner to review and also review the in place work for only one tension device in each location. Approved plan shows 2 devices in each location.

Call for access. Provide indicator on main door, install ada compliant door hardware, install ada sign at restroom, mount fire extingusher with current annual inspection, resolve exterior emergency lighting issue, provide flush lever for toilet on turning side. Correction notice was issued.
