Two in-duct detectors failed to function properly, horn in the charging room does not sound the temporal pattern required for fire alarm and conflicts with the temporal pattern of the horn in the office, need to provide NFPA 72 Inspection and Testing form, a copy of central station signal verification of items tested today including panel, sprinkler monitoring, detection and notification devices, alarms, supervisory, and troubles from 3:50 to 5:00 pm today to be available on site at next inspection for review.

Hydrostatic test of the overhead wet, antifreeze, and standpipe systems is satisfactory, noted one head at the mezzanine stair landing is painted, head cage is missing at head under mezz ductwork, inspected the 5th and 6th floors for cover, the mech penthouse, 11th floor, and portions of the 1st floor are not inspected for cover at this time, discussed items left for completion at the riser room and final testing including standpipe flow test, forward flow of BFP and related sprinkler alarms.
