Project is not ready for fire life safety final due to several items. Project related fire sprinkler and alarm permits need finaled, noted missing hardware at the main entry/exit, need to mount fire extinguishers, post max. occupant load sign, missing ceiling tile, no access at some areas due to floor finishes underway. Building lacks heat at the lower level- unit heaters are missing. Remote annunciator for the fire alarm control panel does not meet location criteria per title 7 section 510.2.

System 8 hydrostatic test failed due to pressure loss at the gauge.

System 4 overhead hydrostatic test passed. Completed re-inspection for relocated and added pendent heads at the AMH track areas. Noted missing hangers on three new arm-overs >2'.

Re-inspection items noted include; lacking coverage at vestibule 100P- temporary bootie room (missing ceiling and sprinkler heads, outlets are plugged), SW stair 100W exit landing is partially sprinklered, missing field ceiling tile at the TEM labs, leak at non-clean link 100A, construction at the closet adjacent to RR 100F is incomplete, NW stair landing is partially sprinklered, missing ceiling and sprinkler coverage at non-clean link room 100T, missing ceiling tile at non-clean link, heads not installed at column line K temporary wall NE exit, missing head and ceiling at link intersections, secure retainer at dock corridor, noted 5 added uprights not shown on plans below dock area ductwork, plugged outlet and missing ceiling at GR 100H.
