Siltfence installed on partial of lot. Recommended extending it in section that can be a potential concern. North side of project is a slope that is greater than 2' to 1'. Was told by RP that will be sprayed with a tactifier and native seed will be applied.
Also instructed to up date Erosion control Map of any changes due to phase of project.
Will re-inspect on Friday the 3/7/08

Removal of contaminated soil. Street sweeper on site to stay on top of any type of tracking onto 17th st. Dust control is the only issue that could appear. But soil is moist enough. There contigency plan would be to moisten soi with water. PASS

Met with Ryan Ward (RP) went over the timeline of project regarding the erosion and sediment control measures and practices. Discussed with Ryan over Construction entrances on and off of porject area. Explained to him that some type of geotexile fabric is manditory as underlayment for the rock entrance. There are multiple entrances on project that are temporary for access. So i explaned if they are not being used then they need to be blocked off. These temporary entrances will be gone in about a week due to utility construction. A Construction entrance will be made during this period in Constuction.
