On site conference regarding revised pendent head locations to avoid obstructions to discharge and pattern development at AMH equipment. Discussed additional heads, relocated heads, obstructions at ionization bar and track hanger supports.

Correction items include relocate duct detector at RTU 302, provide correct sample tubes per mfg. cut sheets for respective duct widths at all 8 DD, post an updated map at the panel per review comments, provide a lock and label at the breaker to the new nac, provide as-builts for field modifications including added notification appliances for the new exam room 340, stair 302, and revised operations matrix for duct detectors programed as alarm, contractor to check sync module for discrepancy between circuts N1:1- N1:2 and N1:3. Remainder of the scope of work passed inspection.
