1. The water heater has fallen over against the fau. Provide adequate support base for the water heater.
2. Install a 3" drip leg on the gas supply.
3. The water heater flue is not attached. Repair and install three schrews to each joint.
The water heater gas has been turned off until repairs are made.
4. Install a carbon monoxide detector upstairs in the hallway.
