(per Ada Cnty) permit is not expired but no work since 5/7/12.. Spoke to Darren Vaugn. He no longer owns this property. Project was not completed at time of sale per Darren. Darren aslo noted that at time of the the sale of the house they were supposed to switch names on permit to new owners. HAve also spoke to new owners they have done some work, but have not completed the project. A building conferance has been scheduled for next Wed. March 8th. to meet with new owner and go over work that has been done and what is remaining.
