Norco headquarters expansion project is ready to begin. ESC permit posted on job trailer. Work is to connect the two buildings, some site demolition is required. Parking lot is paved and work area surrounded by asphalt so trackout should be easy to manage. Parking lot storm drains have sediment filter bags installed.

Home construction complete, home is for sale and is landscaped but is not occupied. No activity. Bottum hillside is still establishing vegetation cover, which is why permit is open
Some minor rill erosion has occured on lower portion of yard due to irrigation water runoff from the sod area. Grading has been tracked horizontally and the silt fence BMP is containing sediment onsite and is properly installed. Site has been swept and materials cleaned.
Correction: Rake out rills and reseed/stabilize as necessary
