ESC & SWPPP sign posted. Rock construction entrance with geotextile lining is installed for site access off Victory.

Site is approved for 13.25 acres of disturbance, appropriate 404 permit has been approved to relocate the wetland area in the middle of the parcel to the northeast corner for mitigation. Wetland area is fed by Fivemile Creek (currently not flowing) which does convey irrigation water through site. A lined diversion ditch has been installed to diver the water flow around the wetland being filled, and eventually to the new wetland area.

Parcel owner and operator has CGPs filed (IDR12AD49 & IDR12AD62). Syman has prepared SWPPP and will help oversee initial BMP installment.

Soils from the graded area will be used to fill wetland area. The cut & fill is nearly balanced, so there will not be heavy truck traffic in and out of site.

Approved for construction. Will inspect next week to make sure diversion ditch is ready prior to irrigation water service starts for 2016.
