Inspection report:
Attendees: John Laude (RP) and Sean from Trilogy Contractor: Nampa Paving
1. Construction of roads and sewer for phase 1 is scheduled to begin this week. The entire area listed on permit will not be included in this phase. Silt fence BMP protects the 8 mile creek channel adjacent to site along phase I. No dewatering, on or off-hauling of dirt is expected.
2. Construction entrance will be built once road is cut, I agreed to allow unless track out becomes an issue.
3. DIs to catch basins on Hollandale have filter bag protection.
4. Existings stormwater swales will be modified and are therefore not surrounded by wattles. Currently they will serve as sediment traps.
Approved for construction.

Culvert for Pennitentiary Canal has been installed. Site used an Outpak washout and contained slurry as directed. Disturbed ground is not stabilized. No significant trackout to Warm Springs. Will check to see when next phase of project is scheduled.

Follow up inspection from CN issued Friday 3/28 . Correction complete: Construction entrances were rebuilt and roads were swept and are in better condition than last Friday.
Corrections remaining: 1. Trackout still visible on all roads accessing site, need to increase sweeping or use different sweeping vehicle. 2. No wheel washing observed, unclear if wheel wash area situation was changed - were washing on top of construction entrance creating more mud.
