Builder looking to get T.O. on BLD permit. Informed contact that they need to call Public Works for hillside grading review conditions and also rooftop stormwater drainage.

ESC BMPs installed and vegetation is establishing. ESC division ok with T.O on BLD but will continue to monitor site stabilization and temp BMP removal.

Hillside behind home has remained undisturbed with existing vegetation preserved and small berm installed to contain lot.

Site is clean no issues.

Work on home foundation is in progress. Retaining wall built at bottom of slope on lot makes a barrier for sediment leaving site. Minimal trackout, permit posted, DI bag installed in front home with remaining capacity.

The adjacent lot has also been regraded and will need stabilization or perimeter sediment containment BMP.

Project near completion. No violations, just need to do housekeeping & final sweep up.
