Provide a map at the facp as discussed, provide corrected address at the monitoring station, provide as-builts that show the manual pull and smoke detector combined on zone 1, with zone 2 as a tamper, zone three as a PIV and zone 4 as the flow switch. Change out the submittal data sheet for the AES panel from a model 7750 to the 7788 which was actually installed. NetCon was a 5. All other items are passed.
