Terraces perimeter BMPs (silt fence and DI bags on MS4) are installed and in good condition. No trackout from stabilized west parking lot, staging area, or on Council Springs.

The west side of Lysted Street needs sweeping and the east construction access continues to be a source of trackout and loose sediment.

Site inspection conducted with RP and SWPPP designer. Permit is posted a plans are onsite. Perimeter sediment control is installed properly, the wattle is weighed down with sand bags in areas where the rock surface prevented trenching and staking.

The existing driveway is sandy with some rocky road mix and should not trackout too easiliy. To start, the construction entrance is waived due to planned utility trenching in early phase of project so will monitor conditions and request entrance if trackout is a problem.

The pool and retaining walls will be built first moveing from back of lot to the front.

Site is ready for excavation.
