Functional testing and inspection for fire alarm work in "phase one" completed. Noted items include; provide a WP notification appliance in the decontamination room, address at SD's for door release (22 &23) are switched, SD and ID at the south set of hallway doors between phase one and two are not yet installed, ID M8-13 has been relocated to the main corridor beyond phase one, delayed egress provisions at the secured doors must meet conditions per IFC 2009, record drawings and panel maps to match field modifications including device locations and addressing. Chimes/strobes, MP at the nurses station, SD and ID(except as noted) tested okay. *Inspection completed 3/6/13 PM*.
