Earth work already took place prior to site prep inspection. Attempted to call Bryan Miller 2 times, also Tim Behrman. Tim called me back, and I stated to him and CBH, that if this occurs anymore on any other site, and Automatic Stop Work Order Shall Be Issued. I asked him to pass this info onto Bryan, and he stated he would.
