Responded to citizen complaint regarding erosion on slopes from site. Steve Webb and myself inspected site. C/N issued to address no ESC sign, sweeping needed on hard surface to prevent trackout onto Parkhill, sediment barriers needed at base of slope along Parkhill and on uphill side of the driveway. Also the drain leading to the culvert and the retention pond needs to be cleaned out and protected. Issues must be completed by the end of the day or a stop work will be issued. I will reinspect site on 3-8-07. Left message for RP, c/n is posted on site. Notified citizen who complained of action taken.
