Met with Knife River RP C. Bennett and inspector 460. Discussions took place on how to reduce track out, it was agreed to provide access controls and extend the rock entrance as needed where all traffic exiting the project will have to use the rock entrance, (Wise way south of ParkCenter). Inspector 460 will verify the controls are in place.
