After talking with Bill, Water lines in garage wall and ceiling ok due to fact other side is heated space. I adjusted some to maximize insulation. We will be using heat tape under stairwell for exposed piping. I repiped drain piping to meet code for horizontal wet venting. Phone #: ###-#### Inspection requested via web by Todd Walter

2) raise water in garage ceiling above the insulation.
3) move water lines in garage wall to inside the insulation
4) call me to go over this when you and the builder can meet me on the job.
