Verbal correction request to RP:
- repost new ESC permit sign on SWPPP board
- improve construction entrance trackout controls:
i.e. lengthen entrance distance, turn over existing rock, add angular rock chunks, wheel brooming and regular cleaning of sidewalk apron

Will check on entrance improvements next week.
