Reviewed site with plumbing inspector Daryl Spivey. Sewer back up was limited to ground under coach. No evidence of black water at repair of connection or forward area of coach near street. Water has been accumulating for many years beneath this coach. Coach is habitable recommend drying underneath coach and drainage controls around perimeter.
