met 415 ( Tony ) at residence.Only plumbing issue was leak on rain head shower. Sheet rock was torn open at site and it appeared that the leak was where the nipple was threaded into drop eared ninety. Possibly not teflon taped and/ or pipe doped.........All other problems were structural................ds

Inspected location with Bob Archibald. Did not see or smell any sewage at this time. There is standing water under areas of trailer but no evidence of sewage that we could see or smell.....................ds
