Woods for general discussion of project: Discussions resulted in agreements: 1) Pond number one should be protected from sediment; 2) De-watering trench should be lined, inspected and repairs made if necessary, 3) Sample results for discharge if above background at Sand Creek will require additional steps to achieve compliance.
