Spoke with Eric Brown, he stated that they did not complete work after rough in inspections. Created MIS17-00070 for follow up.
Met owner 3-10-17, inspected back patio area which has a outdoor fireplace only and was completed by Mike Brown with electrical contractor. Outdoor kitchen has not been built. If it is to be built it will be permitted at that time. Final ok

Tryed to make contact with owner, no answer at door so posted correction notice for permit needed for completion of work on back patio outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Will check back on 3-16-17.
