210.52(D)- Bathroom receptacles shall be on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Exception allows bath lighting to be on same circuit if circuit does not leave bathroom and all wiring would be on 20 amp branch circuit and 12 ga. wire to all. Bath receptacle fed with 12 ga but 14 ga leaves box.
