PAM 12 RECOMMENDATION ON BARE GROUND: Unable to directly talk to G. Howard, RP but left him a voice message with recommendation that the area below the new green belt bridge which has bare ground and the new Wellings channel be treated with a PAM 12 or equal on the bare soils prior to any high flows which may result in hign CFS running through Wellings and the construction site. Treating the bare ground will result in reduction of soil particle detachment.
