1. Install check dams in along the construction entrance where runoff channels down.
2. Install new heavy duty rock construction entrance
3. Install sediment basin or other BMP for sediment control for upper disturbed slope runoff occuring above the stormwater pond.

Work in drive thru lane to expand air exhaust vault. Two conctret slabs will be removed as well as dirt. Dirt will be stockpiled in drivethru lane that is contained and will place a sand bag on the drainage cut through on the curb. Receiving drop inlet has sediment filter bag already installed.

Stockpile will be stored on tarp and also covered as necessary.

Approved to continue. Very clean site.

Townhome subdivision access road, utilities, and stormwater drainage system have been completed. Malad street is free of trackout and sediment in gutter.

No vertical construction has started yet. Once it starts, drop inlet protection should be provided on the private storm drain at south end of site.
