We tested the functionality of the suppression system today. The power under the hood and electrical outlets on the back of the hood shut down. The gas shut down. No sign off can be given until the building plans and the mechanical plans are approved. The mechanical inspector needs to approve the hood and back wall. There is a stop work order on this project.
