Remove the round knob at the main exit, lever hardware is ok. Remove the thumbturn on the main exit dead bolt, keyed is ok. Provide "Door to Remain Unlocked When Building is Occupied" sticker at the main exit. Provide address numbers of a contrasting color and atleast 4" in height facing the street.
