Perimter BMPs installed properly. Discussed SWPPP and ESC plan with Project Manager and RP Berne and Dave E. from Syman. Grubbing is to start early next week. Current access is off Maple Grove, but the official entrance and permit is at Victory View. Access will be installed Monday or Tuesday. Official groundbreaking is next Wednesday. No dewatering anticipated, actually hauling in dirt from offsite. Washout to be placed in SE corner near job trailor, going to used bermed pit lined with visquine.

High Desert Landscaping working on yard. Some gravel stockpile and dirt were temporarily placed in the sidewalk and street. Verbal CN issued to foreman, who agreed to clean up street and gutter and we discussed ESC rules and regulations. I am confident it will be cleaned up today. No rain forecasted.

On another note, the DI in front of house has a filter bag that is completely clogged. Needs equipment to lift out. Working with contractors in the area to solve problem.

Follow up on non-compliant washout across from Tahoe Homes projects on Old Hickory.

Parcel belongs to Harris family for personal use and it supposedly set aside for commercial development. Unable to tell which is the guilty party for doing washout at this point, will have to catch in the act. No discharge leaving site, and minimal trackout. Will post a sign on a stake prohibiting washout by Hunter Homes and Tahoe Homes. Each contractor claims they only use their own washouts.

I will continue to watch this parcel.
