	The RP of the project notified the city of the issue that the Stucco sub contractor left by cleaning out his mixer and tools off on the project lot not within a contained washout pit. The RP explained that they are aware of the situation and will have in cleaned up by the first thing in the morning. Will follow up with a conversation to the RP on 4/14/2011PM and explain to him the requirement that all lots must have a washout for all non stormwater pollutants that are Non VOC.

	Spoke with RP over the Final stabilization approach that they will be taking. They are waiting on the approval from the airport. In the mean time, if the landscaping is going to exceed 14 days they will be appling a tachifier possibly with a fertilizer mulch.
