PED. BRIDGE: 15 inch by pass from upstream of Wellings Creek extended to below the work area is in use, discharge water is clear. Excavated work area is being de-watered continuously into bermed area south of work area. As well, turbidity curtain is in place down stream of work area in Wellings. For compliance, water is required to be within State standards prior to discharge. At the time of inspection work area is close to needed elevation. Pre-fabrication footings will be lifter into place for support of the box culvert.
