Fugitive dust complaint(s) called into Code Enforcement yesterday afternoon.

Called RP Jim Conger to discuss issue and he stated he increase the number of water trucks out there and focus on the areas of truck traffic and grading. IT should be noted it is also very windy this week.

Stockpiles in the middle of development have been inactive more than 2 weeks and should be stabilized with hydroseed or mulch if no plans to remove. Will make request to Conger and follow up.

A CN was posted on Friday 4/11 in relation to the curb cutting mess and excessive trackout on streets and sidewalks.

Streets and sidewalks have been swept, and DI bag in front off house maintained.

There is still some work to do for cleanup of the curb cutting project. CN will remain posted until the cement dust and slurry mud are completely removed.

- DI bags at downslope west end have been emptied/maintained as requested.

Remaining corrections:
Complete clean up of mess in gutters made by the concrete cutting crew. Still observing concrete dust/crust in gutters and some areas where washout/slop was placed.
