Home complete, but is not yet occupied or landscaped. Some stucco debris needs to be cleaned up. No spills or sediment leaving site. The west side is vegetated with the East Valley sub greenscaping. Most likely multiple homes will be landscaped at once. Will continue to montior until then.

Homes in progress within Harris Crossing. No trackout, discharges, or fugitive dust. No sediment leaving development area and onsite stormdrains are protected.

Some of the perimeter BMPs need maintenance. Several sections of damaged silt fence need removal or repair. Empty or remove DI bags no longer needed. Requested to RP Chad send ESC crew to fix this week or next. No active erosion or sediment control issues.

No activity at site for new 3 story mixed use building. Permit recently issued 4/7 so work should begin soon. Site is ready for construction with perimeter BMPs and inlet protection installed. Will need to provide lined concrete washout pit or above ground container for cement & foundation work.

Permit grading & utilities was finaled (see ESC14-00818). BMPs shall remain on site for the vertical phase.
