Items tested today include the remainder of manual pull stations on floors 18 thru the basement with the exception of one MP at the 1st floor west side tenant space and two MP at the 18th floor, no access to test the 4th level parking garage due to floor coating, audibility retest at the common corridors and condo units completed satisfactory, tampers at the floor control valves 5th -18th post relocation tested okay, 14th floor corridor speaker strobe repaired, new strobe at the fire command center tested ok, need access to the communication panel for fire phone testing, 11th floor speakers at units are not ready for testing due to construction underway. Need to post an accurate building map at the panel, provide new plan sheets for the basement and 1st floor device location changes for tamper and flow switches..

Okayed per latest inspection.

Need to post one 2A10BC fire extinguisher with current certification tag as discussed, remove exit signage at the second exits or provide approved door hardware.

On site conference regarding exit sign locations, fire extinguishers, max. occupant load signage, status of project related fire sprinkler permit work, etc.
