Lisa Wilkey is the next door neighbor making the complaint...
Owner is installing sprinkler system for lawn. No permit by sprinkler contractor but contacted him and he had been trying. He called in and received permit #plm07-01243. contacted comlaintant next door and advised everything was o.k. and she was very upset with neighbor. Definitly some bad feelings between the two.....ds
