2. Install a 1" double check valve for premise protection.
3. Increase the water size to 1" minimum below the existing gate valve and size the water system per plans.
4. Permanently remove the shower and remove plumbing where possible and permanently cap underground trap riser.

1. Provide and minimum 3" drip leg on the water heater gas feed.
2. Provide and approved access door to the water heater burner chamber.
3. Provide proof of a backflow certification to the RP carbonator feed.
4. Provide a minimum of 3 screws at each water heater flue joint.
5. Provide a serperate watter feed and shut-off to the chemical feeder at the mop sink.
6. Insatll all fixtures and seal to the wall or permanently cap supplies.
7. Provide a vent to the grease trap per manufactures instructions. (Outlet side)
8. Repair the leak on the ice maker water feed.
9. Trap and vent the ice maker inderect waste.
10. Use wye branch fittings, trap and vent the three compartment sink and all other fixtures more than 15 feet from the floor sink. Provide clean-outs per code.
11. Provide tempering valves at the restroom lavatory sinks.
12. The RP drain is backgrading on the ice machine next to the handsink.
